Zoeller Company Acquires the Burke Group
Zoeller Company successfully closed the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Burke Water Systems Manufacturing Inc. / Burke Manufacture De Systѐmes A Eau Inc. and Bur-Cam Pumps Inc. / Les Pompes Bur-Cam Inc. (collectively, the “Burke Group”). The Burke Group is in the business of assembling, selling and distributing water systems and related accessories, including water pumps and tanks, for home and agriculture.
