Aird & Berlis is located in Brookfield Place in downtown Toronto. Main reception is on the 18th floor of 181 Bay Street, better known as the Bay Wellington Tower of Brookfield Place. The tower is located on the south side of Wellington Street West, between Yonge and Bay Streets.

Aird & Berlis and Aird & McBurney are located in the City of Toronto and within the area covered by Treaty #13 signed between the Crown and the Mississaugas. We are grateful to reside and work on lands that have been the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples. We further recognize that Toronto today is home to many diverse individuals, including First Nations, Métis, Inuit and non-Indigenous people.
