TriMas Corporation Acquires TFI Aerospace Corporation

In December 2021, TriMas, a U.S. based global manufacturer and provider of aerospace products, acquired 100% of TFI Aerospace Corporation. TFI is based near Toronto, and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty fasteners used in the aerospace, transportation and industrial sectors.
