The Stevens Company Completes Majority Investment in Schaan Healthcare Products Inc.
On April 8, 2024, The Stevens Company Limited (The Stevens Company), a medical products distributor and equipment services provider based in Brampton, Ontario, completed its majority investment in Schaan Healthcare Products Inc., a family business based in Saskatoon offering similar products and services to health-care providers in Saskatchewan.
The Stevens Company Limited has been owned and operated by the Stevens family since 1830. This year marks The Stevens Company’s 150th anniversary of doing business in Canada, and this partnership furthers the company’s strategy for growth by 2030, the 200th anniversary of its original founding in London, England.
