SPARQ Systems Completes Brokered Private Placement
On May 31, 2024 and June 7, 2024, SPARQ Systems Inc.
(TSXV:SPRQ), a renewable energy company that designs and manufactures next
generation single-phase microinverters for residential and commercial solar
electric applications, completed a brokered private placement of common shares
for gross proceeds of approximately $12.4 million.
Pollitt & Co. Inc. was engaged as the sole agent and bookrunner for the financing.
