Produce Wholesale Distributor Completes Hybrid Sale of Produce Companies

On April 4, 2025, a high-volume importer and wholesale distributor of fresh produce completed the hybrid sale of three produce companies. The shares and assets were purchased by an entity managed by a Canadian private equity firm with prior acquisitions in the Ontario produce industry for more than $100 million.
