On May 3, 2023, Playgon Games Inc. (TSXV:DEAL), a proprietary
SaaS technology company that delivers mobile, live-dealer technology to online
gaming operators globally, closed a brokered private placement of unsecured
convertible debentures. The private placement was led by Pollitt & Company
Inc., which received customary broker compensation in connection with the offering.
