Pollitt & Co. Leads Brokered Private Placement of SPARQ Systems Inc.
Pollitt & Co. led the $12.4-million brokered private placement of SPARQ Systems Inc. (TSXV:SPRQ), a renewable energy company that designs and manufactures next generation single-phase microinverters for residential and commercial solar electric applications.
On June 7, 2024, SPARQ closed the second tranche of the brokered private placement of common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $7,580,390. The first tranche of the private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4,775,498 closed on May 31, 2024. Pollitt & Co. received customary broker compensation under the private placement.
