PCL Closes University of Ottawa Heart Institute P3 Project
PCL Constructors Canada Inc. reached financial and commercial close on the University of Ottawa Heart Institute - Cardiac Life Support Services Redevelopment Project. This $135 million build-finance P3 project includes 146,000 square feet of new facilities and 60,000 square feet of redeveloped facilities. PCL is one of Canada’s largest construction companies and a leader in the P3 sector. A&B represented PCL with a team that included Doug Younger, Heidi Visser, Trevor deBoer, Jacqueline Goslett and articling student Daniel Everall.
