Nordic Gold Finalizes Supplemental Funding
Nordic Gold Corp. (“Nordic”), a junior mining company with a near production gold mine in Finland, finalized all documents in relation to PFL Raahe Holdings LP (“PFL”), providing additional funding (the “Supplemental Tranches”) to enable Nordic to reach production at the Laiva Gold Mine.
In connection with the Supplemental Tranches, Nordic has issued 36.5 million common shares to PFL, representing 19.90% of the outstanding common shares.
