Maritime Resources Corp. Completes Sale of Royalty Portfolio
Maritime Resources Corp. (TSXV: MAE), a Canadian gold mining and exploration company, has closed an asset sale transaction with Nomad Royalty Company Ltd. Maritime Resources sold a portion of its royalty portfolio to Nomad for cash and Nomad common shares.
As part of the asset sale process, a right of first refusal associated with one of the royalties being sold was exercised, and the applicable royalty was sold for cash.
