Linamar Corporation Acquires Lands for Giga Casting Facility in Welland, Ontario
On May 18, 2023, Linamar Corporation completed its acquisition of lands in Welland, Ontario, which will be used to develop a new, state-of-the-art Giga casting facility. The facility will produce large structural parts for electrified vehicles, making Linamar the first Tier 1 supplier outside of Asia to invest in this technology.
