Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx Close East Rail Maintenance Facility Project
Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx (as joint sponsors) reached commercial and financial close with Plenary Infrastructure ERMF on the East Rail Maintenance Facility Project. This $859.2 million design-build-finance-maintain P3 project will provide storage for thirteen 12-car passenger trains (with capacity for an additional nine in the future) and stations to repair, maintain, fuel, wash and power GO trains.
