GreenSpace Brands Inc. Completes Acquisition of Love Child (Brands) Inc. and Private Placement
GreenSpace Brands Inc. (TSXV: JTR) (“GreenSpace”), a developer, marketer and seller of premium natural food products, completed its acquisition of Love Child (Brands) Inc. (“Love Child”), a producer of 100% organic food for infants and toddlers, payable by way of cash, notes and equity. In conjunction with the acquisition of Love Child, GreenSpace closed two tranches of an unbrokered private placement.
