The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. Completes Acquisition of BZAM Holdings Inc.

The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. ("TGOD") (CSE: TGOD), a sustainable Canadian cannabis company and producer of premium, organically grown cannabis, completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares (the “BZAM Shares”) of BZAM Holdings Inc., a privately-owned producer of flower and 2.0 products. In consideration for all of the BZAM Shares, TGOD issued shares to the sole shareholder of BZAM (the “BZAM Shareholder”), resulting in the BZAM Shareholder owning an approximate 49.5% ownership stake of the combined entity. In addition, the BZAM Shareholder is entitled to earn up to $33 million in additional shares of the combined entity, subject to the achievement of certain financial milestones in 2023.
