Fengate Asset Management Completes Purchase of 20-Acres of Land

Fengate Asset Management completed its purchase of a 20-acre parcel of land at Highway 50 in the Greater Toronto Area. A two-phased development of two 225,000-square-foot buildings is proposed to be constructed on the lands.
