Pêcheries Cheticamp Fisheries Intl. (2016) Ltd. announced the completion of its acquisition by Champlain Financial Corporation, headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. Cheticamp Fisheries is a prominent seafood processor located on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, supplying premium snow crab and lobster to customers in North America and Asia.
