Celestial Acquisition Corp. Completes IPO & Becomes First Space Tech Company Listed on TSX Venture Exchange
Celestial
Acquisition Corp. (TSXV:CES.P), completed its initial public offering on
December 22, 2022, issuing a total of 5,000,000 common shares at the purchase
price of $0.10 per common share, which was the maximum offering under its final
prospectus dated November 30. Celestial is the first space technology capital
pool company to be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The net proceeds from
the offering will be used to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for
acquisition with a view to completing a qualifying transaction under the TSXV’s
Capital Pool Company program.
