Alexandria Minerals Corporation Acquired by O3 Mining Inc.
Alexandria Minerals Corporation (“Alexandria”), a junior gold exploration and development company with a flagship property in Val d’Or, Quebec, entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Chantrell Ventures Corp. (“Chantrell”), received a “Superior Offer” from Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and was ultimately acquired by O3 Mining Inc., the entity resulting from the completion of the acquisition of certain non-core assets of Osisko Mining Inc. by Chantrell.
