Aird & Berlis Advises in Formation of M Residential REIT
Aird & Berlis advised Melchior Management 777 Corporation in the formation and initial acquisitions of M Residential REIT, a new private residential real estate investment trust consisting of residential tenants located throughout southern Ontario. The initial acquisition portfolio comprised approximately 38 multi-family properties totalling 1,260 residential units.
