Zoi enjoys helping clients find creative and tailored legal solutions to their complex tax issues. She leverages her interpersonal skills and ability to simplify tax concepts throughout her practice.
Zoi is a member of the firm’s Tax Group. Her practice focuses on both domestic and international tax planning, as well as the structuring of business transactions.
Zoi is a contributor to Tax Profile and Tax Notes International. She joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after serving as a legal trainee and summering at the firm.
