Tirso is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group. He has a broad range of experience, including butterfly transactions, estate freezes, rollovers, asset and share purchase transactions, incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, continuances, drafting share provisions, dissolutions, reorganizations and corporate maintenance. He assists with registrations of business names, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and extra-provincial limited liability companies. Tirso also has experience in extra-provincial incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions and registrations.
