Ryan is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group. He assists with
asset purchase and share purchase transactions, due diligence searches,
incorporations, amalgamations, amendments, continuances and dissolutions. Ryan
also has extensive experience reviewing minute books and business name
registrations, as well as handling ongoing corporate maintenance.
