Nadine is a law clerk in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. She assists with proceedings in respect to intellectual property rights and infringement disputes, commercial matters and professional negligence matters heard before the Ontario Superior Court, the Divisional Court, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Nadine has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, and has assisted with transactional and compliance matters across various practice areas, including corporate securities, corporate finance, municipal, real estate and intellectual property. She also has experience drafting transaction and closing documentation, managing logistics and preparing record books. Nadine has acted as a mentor to legal assistants.
