Nadia builds long-lasting relationships with clients by providing practical, tailored advice. She is committed to understanding the complex industries in which her clients conduct business and to advancing their business goals.
Nadia is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters. She assists publicly listed companies – primarily in the mining, cannabis and technology sectors – with transactions, corporate governance matters, continuous disclosure requirements and ongoing public company maintenance.
Her previous experience includes working as Associate Counsel at a publicly traded precious metals mining company.
Nadia volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario by providing advice on the Pro Bono Ontario Free Legal Advice Hotline on corporate and non-profit matters.

Representative Matters
Represented an existing group of shareholders, as co-counsel, in their acquisition of all outstanding shares of Gowest Gold Ltd. in a go private transaction.
Represented Digital Commerce Payments Inc. in its sale of the exclusive right to use new e-commerce shelf capability software to Venzee Technologies Inc.
Represented Linamar Corporation in its acquisition of Bourgault Industries Ltd., a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer, for $640 million. In conjunction with the Bourgault transaction closing, Linamar also finalized a new $700-million term loan agreement.
Represented Linamar Corporation (TSX: LNR) in connection with its acquisition of a substantial portion of Mobex Fourth and 1, LLC’s U.S.-based assets.
Represented Small Pharma Inc. (TSXV: DMT) in the sale of all of its issued and outstanding securities to Cybin Inc. (NYSE American: CYBN) (NEO: CYBN).
Acted as legal counsel to Thesis Gold (TSXV: TAU), a mineral exploration company in northern British Columbia, in its merger with Benchmark Metals Inc.
Represented Delta Consulting Group in connection with the acquisition of Froese Forensic Partners.
Represented a U.S. private equity firm as Canadian counsel in connection with its acquisition of a Canadian software company focused on streamlining operations and improving operational efficiency in the manufacturing industry.
Advised Origin, an outdoor-focused, digitally driven creative, content and branding agency, in connection with its acquisition by MMGY Global, a leading travel and hospitality marketing firm.
