Michelle is a paralegal in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She has
nearly 30 years of experience working on all types of commercial and
residential real estate matters, including large and small-scale strata project
sales, real property sales and acquisitions, and complex land development projects. Michelle
assists with drafting and reviewing closing documents, conducting off-title and
on-title searches, preparing due diligence reports and registering electronic
title documents.
