Evan is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estates and Trusts Groups. His practice focuses on various estate-related issues, including will disputes, applications to validate attorney and trustee accounts, dependent support claims, trust deed modifications, and the rectification and interpretation of wills and trusts. He advises on power of attorney and capacity conflicts, estate and trust administration issues, trustee applications and guardianships. Evan also has expertise in family law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholder disputes, commercial real estate and construction law.
