Doreen Windle commenced her career as a corporate law clerk in 2004. She has experience in incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, business name registrations, limited partnerships, reorganizations, continuances, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, asset and share purchase transactions, due diligence, and corporate proceedings, including annual resolutions for dividends and share redemptions, under Ontario and federal legislations for private and public corporations. She is involved in matters pertaining to Ontario and federal not-for-profit corporations and assists with business number and program accounts registrations with Canada Revenue Agency.
Her responsibilities also include maintenance of the firm’s corporate database system, as well as corporate minute books and records.
Doreen completed the Law Clerk Program (2001) and Legal Office Administration Program (1992) at Seneca College.
