David combines strong advocacy and research skills with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations to effectively represent his municipal and land use planning clients. His background in public policy gives him significant insight and practical experience when representing clients in the public sector. David leverages this experience to provide value-added services and advice. 

David is a member of the firm's Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. He provides advice and representation to both private and public sector clients, from individual landowners to major developers to municipalities. His experience includes zoning permissions and variances, official plan amendments, expropriations, neighbour disputes, and review and interpretation of zoning bylaws.
