Daniel is a member of the firm’s Workplace Law and Litigation Groups. He acts for institutional clients and small to medium-sized businesses, advising on a broad spectrum of matters, including wrongful dismissals, human rights issues, employment standards and labour relations. Daniel also advises sellers and purchasers on workers rights and potential issues that may arise as a result of acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.
