Chauntae is known for her strong interpersonal skills and collaborative
approach. She builds meaningful relationships with her clients, supporting them
in furthering their business objectives. Chauntae’s ability to problem solve
allows her to tackle complex legal challenges with confidence, making her a
trusted advisor on corporate matters.
Chauntae is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial,
Technology and Privacy & Data Security Groups. Her practice focuses on
mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic guidance to a diverse range of
clients across a variety of sectors. Chauntae’s responsibilities include
structuring and negotiating transactions, advising on corporate governance, and
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Chauntae joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.

its majority investment in Schaan Healthcare Products Inc.
