Carolyn Elliott is a law clerk in the firm's Tax Group. Her experience includes incorporations, annual resolutions, dividends, amendments, amalgamations, roll-overs and tax reorganizations. She is responsible for maintaining and updating corporate minute books, drafting documents, assembling record books and reporting on complex tax transactions.
