As a member of the Aird & Berlis Real Estate Group, Bindu assists lawyers and law clerks with all types of real property transactions, including commercial, residential and condominium, as well as closing transactions. Her responsibilities include preparing title summaries, identifying and resolving title defects, reviewing surveys, preparing and registering documents and drafting legal descriptions.
