estate issues. Having worked for a major property management company as well as
for technology startups, he blends his business-minded approach with his
ability to see leasing matters from a client’s perspective. Benji leverages his
understanding of the complexities and business challenges in landlord and
tenant relationships to negotiate successful leases.
Benji is a
member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. He acts on behalf of commercial
landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing matters.
Passionate about the business of commercial real estate and determined to keep
up with his clients’ business needs, Benji earned his Certificate in Commercial
Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.
