Andrew is a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group.

Andrew provides strategic planning support on a range of complex policy and development applications for private and public sector clients. He has extensive experience creating intensification strategies, providing policy analysis and recommendations, developing secondary and tertiary plans, and designing and implementing stakeholder engagement programs with landowners, ratepayers, municipal staff and officials. He is also experienced in supporting public health initiatives that encompass active transportation and the built environment.

Andrew works on development applications at each stage of the planning approvals process. Working closely with the firm’s legal team, he assists in the preparation of due diligence reports, planning opinions, development applications and materials for Planning Act appeals. He also manages the efforts of consultant teams and regularly liaises with municipal staff and elected officials.
