Alicia is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. She focuses on corporate compliance and registration, with expertise in preparing and maintaining corporate minute book documents such as annual and dividend resolutions, share issuances and redemptions, as well as registering and renewing business names and partnerships in Ontario. Alicia drafts and files articles of incorporation, amendments, dissolutions, as well as coordinates extra-provincial registrations and renewals across Canada. She also has experience working on corporate transactions, including asset/share purchases and reorganizations.
