Don is Co-chair of the firm’s Technology Group, Co-chair of the Privacy & Data Security Group and a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group. He has diverse experience in the health sector, including advising on electronic medical records, health technology procurement, regulatory and personal health information protection matters. Don has worked with several hospitals, specialty clinics, community care access centres and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care on procurements in the health high technology space.
