We are pleased to welcome John Munnis and Andrea Kroetch as new partners of the firm. John is a member of our Financial Services, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Andrea is a member of our Intellectual Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups.

John draws from his extensive experience to provide counsel in financing transactions, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He is committed to protecting clients' interests and ensuring the successful execution of transactions.

John specializes in corporate and commercial lending, with a focus on asset-based, syndicated, secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt, both domestic and cross-border. He negotiates and structures various corporate transactions, including public and private securities offerings, corporate acquisitions, reorganizations and joint ventures. John also provides guidance on securities regulatory reporting and compliance.

Andrea is an intellectual property, privacy and data protection lawyer who draws from her curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit to find creative legal solutions for her clients. She excels at adapting to evolving laws and addressing novel problems, making her a trusted expert in her field.
